Infrastructure

The Djibouti International Free Trade Zone covers a total planned area of 48.2 square kilometers, with an initial development area of 2.4 square kilometers. It is strategically located near all major ports, railway stations, and airports in Djibouti, adjacent to the N1 highway leading to Ethiopia, making it the largest industrial park in Africa.

The initial development area of the Free Trade Zone spans 2.4 square kilometers, with an investment of $347 million. It is divided into commercial logistics zones, export processing zones, and commercial and residential areas. The zone offers 1.71 million square meters of land across 27 plots, all equipped with roads, water supply, drainage, electricity, and communication connections.

We have constructed 36,000 square meters of warehouses and over 300,000 square meters of storage yards, all of which are fully leased. Land within the zone is available for short-term or long-term lease (up to 2116), allowing investors to obtain land use rights for constructing warehouses, factories, storage yards, and other facilities for personal use or rental.

Additionally, the initial development area of the Free Trade Zone includes the Djibouti International Tower covering 20,000 square meters, as well as the Djibouti International Hotel featuring 77 rooms and 78 apartments, providing convenient office and living amenities for investors.
