Our warehouse spans an area of 36,000 square meters and is classified as a Class B2 single-story logistics warehouse. The warehouse has a height of 10 meters, a first-class fire resistance rating, and an earthquake resistance rating of 8. It features a steel frame structure designed for a lifespan of 50 years.

The warehouse is equipped with an advanced CCTV monitoring system, which can be enhanced with AI security supervision functions according to customer needs. An automatic water cannon firefighting system uses infrared technology to detect and extinguish fires automatically, ensuring safety. Based on customer requirements, the warehouse is divided into full unit in 2,264 square meter and small unit in 643 square meter and 978 square meters. Additionally, the warehouse includes a management room that can be used as work space.
