There are two office buildings in the Zone. One is a two-story office building located inside the Zone, with a total area of 1136 square meters, offering decorated offices with areas of 18 sqm, 25.5 sqm, 33.6 sqm, and 36 sqm.

The other is Djibouti International Tower, situated in the support area of the Zone, spanning 16 floors. It consists of decorated floor offering offices with areas of 32 sqm, 33 sqm, 34 sqm, 35 sqm, 42 sqm, 46 sqm, 50 sqm, and 69 sqm as well as undecorated floors, offering Clients to decorate for self-purposes.
