The total size of land available in the pilot zone is 1.71 million square meters, including 27 land plots to which road, water, sewage, electricity power and telecommunication have been reached.

Land is available for long-term lease starting from 30 years up to the year 2116, allowing investors to build warehouse, factory and open yard for own use or to rent.
